1. General

Welcome to the "Connected to Media" platform (hereinafter: the "Platform" or the "Service"). The Platform is operated and managed by Connected to Media Ltd. (hereinafter: the "Company", "we", or "us"). By accessing and using this website, application, and all services offered through them, you agree fully and unconditionally to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the terms outlined below, in whole or in part, please refrain from using the Platform immediately. These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and the Company and govern all aspects of your use of our services.

2. Services

Connected to Media provides a professional search engine for finding contacts and organizations in the Israeli media, journalism, and public relations sector. The Platform enables advanced searching by name, organization, role, area of expertise, media type, and additional parameters. Revealing full contact details, including phone number, email address, and WhatsApp link, requires a valid active subscription or a single purchase according to the available plans. The information displayed on the site is collected and processed from publicly accessible sources and is updated regularly; however, we do not guarantee complete accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all details at all times. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without prior notice.

3. Account

When registering for the Platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You bear full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. It is strictly prohibited to transfer, sell, or rent your account details to any third party, or to allow any other person to access your account. Each account is intended for use by a single individual only, unless an organizational plan has been purchased. If you suspect unauthorized use or a breach of your account, you must notify us immediately. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Use of the Platform and the information provided through it is restricted to legitimate professional purposes only, such as contacting media professionals in the context of public relations work, marketing, or relevant business activities. It is strictly prohibited to use information obtained from the Platform for spam, harassment, stalking, or any other unlawful activity. You may not copy, duplicate, systematically download, scrape, or automatically collect information from the Platform, whether through software, scripts, bots, or any other automated tool. You may not distribute, sell, transfer, or share contact details or any other information obtained from the Platform with third parties or make them available to the public. Any use that exceeds reasonable viewing and personal searching within the scope of your purchased subscription constitutes a violation of these Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to take all necessary measures, including account suspension and legal proceedings, against users who violate this section.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, databases, design, logos, trademarks, code, interfaces, and materials displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws, intellectual property laws, and database protection laws in Israel and internationally. The Connected to Media contacts database, with all its components, constitutes a protected database as defined by law, and the Company is the sole owner of all rights therein. Use of the Platform does not grant the user any ownership rights or license to the Company's intellectual property, other than a personal and limited right to view information in accordance with the purchased subscription plan. Any unauthorized use of the Company's intellectual property may constitute grounds for civil and/or criminal proceedings.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Payment for subscriptions and single purchases is processed through our secure payment system. All prices displayed on the site include VAT as required by law, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the selected plan) unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid services will be maintained until the end of that period. The Company reserves the right to update prices with at least 30 days' prior notice; the updated price will apply from the next renewal period. Refunds will be provided in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010. In the event of a payment failure, the Company may suspend access to the service until payment is resolved.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: inaccuracies in information, omissions, unavailability of the service, or any outcome resulting from contacting persons whose details were obtained through the Platform. The Company is not a party to the relationship between the user and the contacts listed in the database and bears no responsibility for the outcomes of reaching out to them. In any event, the Company's total liability to the user shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the service in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

The Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform and its services, temporarily or permanently, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms of Use, misuse of information, conduct that harms the Platform or other users, or reasonable suspicion of unlawful activity. In the event of termination due to a breach by the user, no refund will be issued for any unused subscription period. The user may cancel their account at any time through account settings or by contacting customer service directly. Upon termination of the account for any reason, your right to access paid services will expire immediately, and the Company may delete your account data subject to any data retention obligations imposed by applicable law.

9. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, process, use, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of these Terms of Use. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. 10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any matter arising from these terms or from the use of the Platform is vested solely in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district. The parties agree that all proceedings shall be conducted in Hebrew, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms of Use at any time, at its sole discretion. In the event of material changes, we will notify you through a prominent notice on the website, by email, or through a notification in your user account, at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and cancel your account. The date of the most recent update to these Terms of Use is indicated at the top of this page.
